Preperation:

All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. Prime bare surfaces with the appropriate Johnstone's primer. Rub down previously painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly nefore applying a pre-coat of Johnstone's professional undrcoat. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Special precautions should be taken during preperation od pre-1960s paint sufaces over wood and metal as the may contain harmful lead.

Application:

Stir well. Easy to apply by brush or roller. Do not apply over polystyrene surfaces. If more than one can of a colour is to be used in the same area, intermix before use.

Coverage:

Johnstone's Professional Gloss will cover approximately 17²m pler litre, depending on the nature and porosity of the surface being paintes.

Drying Time:

Touch dry in 4 - 6 hours. Recoatable after 16 - 24 hours.
